A series of servers are housed within a single network ring allowing critical 24/7 support to be focused in one system setup. A full fail-safe design has been implemented to further increase the reliability including the mirroring of each server and quick DNS changes allow the switching of servers should one not respond. All hosting comes with 24/7 onsite technical support, managed back ups, Cisco Firewall protection and dedicated burstable bandwidth to ensure the website is both fast and instantly available.
SQN 'Server Management' provides our clients the security and knowledge that their server is equipped with the latest necessary operating system, databases, patches and security. The servers are regularly maintained to provide optimum performance of both the operating system and the CMS. Database records are backed up on a daily basis with weekly incremental backups and a monthly offsite rotation of the files for disaster recovery.
Additional benefits of the Managed Hosting and Server Management are the regular upgrades and patches to the CMS that are not part of a self-host solution.
